Go Claim

We help UK consumers check whether they may have a claim for mis sold PCP car finance. We are not a law firm and we do not handle, process or represent claims ourselves. We collect your details and refer you to a regulated partner firm a claims management company or a firm of solicitors who will assess your enquiry and, if you are eligible, handle your claim. Because some of our partner firms are solicitors, a claim that is taken on may proceed to court.

Go Claim is a trading name of Jigsaw Claims Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 10326709). Registered Office: 66 Seymour Grove, Manchester, England, M16 0LN. ICO registration number: ZC004342.

Jigsaw Claims Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under firm reference number 912323 for claims management activity. You can verify this on the FCA Register at register.fca.org.uk.

Go Claim is a lead generation service. We do not charge you anything and we do not handle your claim. We refer your enquiry to a regulated partner firm and we are paid a referral fee by that firm for introducing you. This does not increase what you pay.

If you are referred and your claim succeeds, the partner firm charges a success fee. There is nothing to pay if your claim is not successful. The fee is a percentage of the compensation you receive, on a sliding scale set by the FCA’s fee cap: 30% + VAT (36% inc. VAT) up to £1,499; 28% + VAT (33.6% inc. VAT) from £1,500 to £9,999; 25% + VAT (30% inc. VAT) from £10,000 to £24,999; 20% + VAT (24% inc. VAT) from £25,000 to £49,999; and 15% + VAT (18% inc. VAT) at £50,000 or more  so the fee ranges from 18% to 36% inclusive of VAT. For example, if you receive £1,000 in compensation, the fee would be £360 (36% inc. VAT) and you would keep £640.

Cancellation fees may apply and vary by partner firm. You can cancel free of charge within the 14 day cooling off period. If you cancel after that, the firm may charge for work already done  please check that firm’s terms and conditions for the exact amounts.

You do not have to use a claims management company or a law firm. You can claim yourself for free: directly to your lender, then to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if you are not satisfied, or through the FCA’s free motor finance redress scheme (an ongoing legal challenge may cause some delays).
